Net-New Advertiser Acquisition We''re seeking motivated and energetic professionals to join our team as Account Executives. Your primary focus will be on net-new advertiser acquisition, proactively prospecting, pitching, and activating new SMB advertisers. In this role, you''ll use consultative selling to educate businesses on the value of digital advertising, helping them launch their first campaigns. Familiarity with digital advertising, paid social, or media sales is a plus, as is strong prospecting skills and comfort with high-volume outreach. Earn base pay ($24 CAD/hr) + commission. Certification for digital advertising tools is provided at no cost to you. This gig is worked from the comfort of your own home, with a minimum commitment of 32 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm EST). You''ll have the opportunity to work with a leading social media platform. Performance Metrics: Activate a minimum of 20 new business advertisers per month. Drive an average of $1,000+ in spend per activated advertiser. Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and CRM hygiene. Contribute to team revenue goals and advertiser graduation readiness. Mandatory Requirements: At least 2 years of validatable sales experience is required. No active contracts with other gigs while working with us. A comprehensive background check is mandatory.
