As the top HR leader at GraceMed, reporting directly to the CEO, youll shape how the company scales its people practices across a growing network of medical clinics in Ontario. Why this role matters With a new CEO who has scaled founder-led healthcare businesses, and a new VP Operations with experience growing one of North Americas fastest-expanding clinic networks, GraceMed is poised for significant growth. This role is essential to building the infrastructure that enables that growth through people. What you''ll do Develop and operationalize an HR strategy aligned with business goals across multiple locations Partner with operations leaders to manage performance and engagement Standardize people management processes; ensure compliance and consistency in employee relations and policy Use data to guide decisions and improve engagement and retention Manage a small HR team What You bring Senior HR experience in a growth-oriented, multi-site, or consumer focused environments Demonstrated success building HR infrastructure to support performance and scale Strong working knowledge of best practices in HR policies, procedures, and performance management Strategic mindset with operational discipline and hands-on ability Strong judgment, leadership coaching skills, and strategic capability Comfort working in a hands-on, fast-paced, growth-oriented environment Attributes for Success: Confident, pragmatic, and accountable Strong communicator and skilled relationship builder Strategic thinker with operational discipline Business oriented with the ability to bring calm, structure, and clarity to ambiguity
