Property Manager Residential Rentals Property:19-storey residential building | 180 units Portfolio: 1 building | Approx. 23 leases/month Join a well-established property management firm overseeing a diverse portfolio of over 1,000 residential units across the GTA. This role is based at a prime midtown Toronto location, steps from transit, dining, and retail. As the Property Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of a 180-unit residential rental building. You will oversee leasing, tenant relations, maintenance coordination, and financial performance. Youll work closely with an on-site Superintendent and report to senior management. Oversee leasing (23 leases/month) and renewals Ensure compliance with residential tenancy laws and company policies Proven experience as a seasoned Property Manager in residential rentals Leasing experience preferred Ability to work independently and manage a single-building portfolio Casual Fridays pocock@hays.
