Showroom Host / Client Care Advisor POSITION DETAILS: Full-time At Raffi Jewellers, we are proud to be a trusted jeweller in Ontario, serving the GTA, Mississauga, and surrounding areas as an Authorized Retailer of Rolex, Tudor, Raffi Fine Diamond Jewellery, and Fine Accessories. Raffi Jewellers, Ontarios trusted name in luxury retail, is seeking a passionate Showroom Host / Client Care Advisor to join our team. As a Showroom Host at Raffi Jewellers, you will be responsible to respond to a wide variety of client requests by accurately assessing client needs to achieve maximum client satisfaction. You will act as a liaison between walk in clients and Sales Associates, inviting clients into the boutique and providing detailed care to every part of their visit. Arrange client appointments for sales and after-care service. Foster an environment where clients are always at the forefront, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. Perform general incoming communication duties, including answering telephones, scheduling appointments, and directing incoming calls to necessary departments and co-workers. Assist the service desk with after sales inquiry process. Attend to and follow up on after sales and service requests through in-person client appointments, phone calls, and email communications. Ensure all customer complaints are resolved immediately and to the best possible satisfaction of our customers. develop problem solving and decision-making skills related to the front office operation. Operate alone and collaboratively to achieve individual and team-based objectives and performance goals. Working as a team member to keep the store tidy and clean by adhering to all housekeeping duties. Completion of a two-year apprenticeship program, or a college program in front desk operations or hotel management is an asset. Have a minimum of 1 year of experience, ideally in the luxury retail, and or fine hospitality or hotel industry. Administration experience is considered an asset. Flexible to work hours based on operational business needs including evenings, weekends and holidays. Bachelors degree is preferred. Proficiency in English is required.
