What You''ll Do Reporting to the Administrator, the Administrative Supervisor provides support to the Director of Long-Term Care and Senior Services, Administrator, Director of Nursing and the rest of the management team in the effective operation and management of one of the Long-Term Care (LTC) facilities. The Supervisor handles client tours, resident admissions and trust accounts, coordination of accounts receivable and payable, ocupancy and resident data reports, and supervises Visitor Services. The Supervisor may also be assigned to schedule and approve payroll entries in the absence of a department manager.
