Job Title

Reporting to the General Manager and Assistant General Manager, the shift supervisor will work to manage customer service, manage product quality, manage production, and communicate constantly with your Krew. You must be focused on creating an outstanding customer experience for our guests and be comfortable in a faced paced, dynamic environment. You will also be responsible for directing certain portions of our wholesale business and ensuring that all production and quality standards are being met. Successful Shift Supervisor candidates will have more than one year of specialty retail, full service, big box, or quick service experience. Requirements for the position includes: Demonstrated leadership skills. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Able to work all day and evening shifts, including weekends. Good math skills and relevant understanding of cost controls. Excellent planning, organization, and follow up skills; able to set priorities and meet deadlines. Ability to be successful in a team environment. Able to work in a dynamic environment. Some experience in wholesale business is beneficial. Strong computer skills (MS Office) are as asset.
