Opportunity Overview We are seeking a skilled Gas Fitter to lead our field service team in Victoria, BC. As part of our dynamic and growing organization, you will have the opportunity to work on various projects, including the FortisBC Advanced Meter Infrastructure (AMI) Project. About the Role As a Field Service Leader, your primary responsibilities will include: Installing residential gas meters as part of the FortisBC AMI upgrade. Installing associated steel piping for new meter sets. Relighting gas appliances in customers'' homes. Minor troubleshooting of customer appliances. Liaising with clients to deliver excellent customer service and clear communication. Performing audits on meter exchanges performed by Field service representatives. Key Requirements To be successful in this role, you must have: A valid B-Gasfitter Ticket recognized through Technical Safety BC. Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent. A valid B.C. Driver''s License. A Driving Abstract to be reviewed. A Criminal Record Check.
