Were building a household name in Canadaand soon, around the world.Key Responsibilities Key Partner ManagementManage relationships with brokers, distributors, banners, and merchandising teams within your assigned territory.Serve as the main point of contact for field-related partnerships. Promotional Plan Development & ExecutionCollaborate with the broker to build and implement strategic promotional plans.Plan and oversee in-store marketing activities. Performance Tracking & AnalysisProduce detailed monthly performance reports for your territory.Analyze POS data and category trends to optimize sales and identify new opportunities. Store Visits & Merchandising ExecutionConduct regular store visits, especially during launches or planogram changes.Ensure compliance with pricing, shelf placement, and display visibility. Customer Service & Continuous ImprovementAddress client issues efficiently and proactively.Provide actionable insights to continuously improve territory performance. Commercial Agreement ManagementNegotiate or review agreements with key accounts and head offices, in line with company policies, including:Retail support programsPromotional and display allowancesShelf and off-shelf product placementNew product launchesPricing policy compliance Merchandising Team CoordinationEnsure clear communication and follow-up with merchandising teams to maximize impact at retail. Market DevelopmentIdentify and develop new business opportunities within your territory, including special projects.
