We serve offices, daycares, dental clinics, and select residential properties. We''re growing and looking for a reliable cleaning pro whos ready to take the next step. Role Overview: Were hiring a Cleaning Quality Lead. Someone who can clean at a high standard and check the work of others. Your job will be to: * Clean assigned spaces with precision and pride. * Review checklist submissions and ensure every job meets our standards. * Take and review before/after photos. * Occasionally train or shadow new cleaners on their first few jobs. * Communicate with our operations lead (via text or phone) to report job status and any issues. Requirements: * 1+ year professional cleaning experience (commercial preferred) * Strong eye for detail...you notice what others miss * Smartphone with camera + data (for photos & checklist submissions) * Able to work evenings or early mornings (depending on job) * Comfortable holding others accountable to a standard * Must have access to transportation Bonus if you: * Have managed or trained other cleaners before * Most of our clients speak English but French and any other language is a plus * Are available on short notice for inspections or fill-in cleans Compensation: * Base pay per clean: $20$25/hour * Bonus: Up to $3/hour extra for taking on quality control tasks (verifying photos, checklists, new team member shadowing) * Raise after 30-day probation if there are zero client complaints and checklist/photo submissions are consistent How to Apply: Please apply through here AND send an email to with the subject line:I see the dust.In the email, include a short note on why youd be a good fit and your availability.
