We believe that human progress is invaluable, but it should be done in the right way responsibly, sustainably and having a positive impact on the communities we operate in.We are seeking a seasoned Technical Project Manager to lead and coordinate IT initiatives, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to budgets, and alignment with organizational goals. The ideal candidate will possess a robust understanding of IT systems, software development life cycles, and project management methodologies.We have grown substantially since 2019, from our inception in Australia to now having several facilities across North America and being listed on NASDAQ and we are just getting started! By joining us, you will be contributing to the future of sustainable high-performance compute and the local communities we strive to have a positive impact on.Job Requirements4+ years of experience in technical project management or program delivery roles within software, IT, or technology organizations.Demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross-functional technical initiatives with multiple workstreams and dependencies.Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and project delivery frameworks.Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate and influence at all levels, including engineers, product leaders, and execs.Technical fluency to engage effectively with engineering teams (e.g., familiarity with APIs, cloud platforms, DevOps practices, software lifecycle).Proven experience in tracking and visualizing metrics, KPIs, and delivery health using tools such as Jira, Confluence, Asana, or similar.Comfortable working across distributed teams and time zones.Job ResponsibilitiesPlan, manage, and execute technology projects across Technology teamensuring clear scope, timelines, and deliverables.Collaborate with software engineers, architects, DevOps, product managers, and QA to deliver scalable solutions aligned with business goals.Facilitate agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and retrospectives; manage project risks and drive continuous improvement in delivery practices.Own and evolve project plans, timelines, and resource tracking toolsensuring transparency and alignment across stakeholders.Implement change management practices to ensure smooth adoption of new tools, systems, or processes.Report on key project metrics, such as progress, resource allocation, risks, and blockers, to technical leadership and stakeholders.Support rollout of new platforms, tools, and operational capabilities within the technology ecosystem.Job BenefitsSalary range: Starting at CAD $95,000/annum, depending on experienceShort-term and Long-term Incentive ProgramsExtended Health and Dental Benefits3 weeks paid vacationVancouver hybrid work model (in office Tues-Thurs and as required)Casual work attireVancouver: onsite gymWe value diverse perspectives and believe that skills can be developed.
