Comfortable navigating the demands of a 24 / 7 operation, youre ready to take ownership of IT strategy, lead a team, and elevate the tech experience across the organization.Work Type :Fully Onsite 5 days a week in office9am 5pm, Mon-Fri some weekend / off hours work may be requiredRequirementsWhat Youll Do :Oversee daily IT operations and maintain professional relationships across all departments and locationsDevelop and implement IT strategies aligned with the companys business objectivesLead, mentor and grow the IT team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration and continuous improvementParticipate in regional systems meetings to share best practicesProvide high-level support to admin users as per Service Level AgreementsEnsure critical systems (PMS, POS, etc.) are operational 24 / 7Ensure the reliability and performance of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and data centersLead coordination of new system acquisitions and major projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budgetEstablish product lifecycle management and 10-year capital planning for technologyPrepare and manage IT operating and capital budgetsLiaise and negotiate with vendors and service providers to procure IT products and servicesWhat Were Looking For :A minimum of 10 years of experience in IT support and managementProven experience in an IT leadership role, with a strong track record of managing complex IT environmentsA strong leader who can drive change and unite a teamIn-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems, and best practicesExcellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasksOutstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levelsStrategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem solving and decision-makingExperience in the hospitality industry would be considered an assetExperience managing and administering Active Directory, Windows Server, and VMwareKnowledge of network protocols and security controlsFamiliarity with managing Windows Server, O365, SharePoint, and OneDriveExperience with wireless and wired LAN technologies, Firewalls, VPN, routing, switching, VoIP and telephonyFamiliarity with ITIL and other IT service management frameworksCertification in relevant IT disciplines (e.g., CISSP, PMP)Knowledge of PCI complianceWhat Makes This Role Exciting?Impactful Leadership - Shape the IT vision and strategy for a growing hospitality brand.Blend of Tech & Service - Work at the intersection of technology and guest experience in a 24 / 7 environment.End-to-End Ownership - Lead systems, infrastructure, communications, and future tech planning.Collaborative Culture - Join a passionate, service-driven team where your ideas and leadership matter.Base Salary : $140,000 - $160,000Paid Time-Off : Recharge and unwind you earned it!Comprehensive Benefits Package : Supporting your health and well-beingAnnual Budget for Professional DevelopmentPerks You Can Enjoy Discounts Across All Locations!Ready to Elevate Your Career?
