The private seniors'' residence Noblia, located in Lvis, is seeking a part-time night attendant (BPO) position. ***Candidates must have a vocational diploma (DVS) in beneficiary attendance or a RAC certificate, or 5,000 hours of training accumulated over the last 5 years as a PAB (Personal Assistance Program) + up-to-date 16-hour CPR + completed PDSB (Personal Assistance Program).*** We offer telemedicine, an employee assistance program, a night shift premium, and more! POSITION DESCRIPTION: Schedule: One 4/14 night shift ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Adhere to standards and regulations in accordance with private seniors'' home certification and employer policies Administer medication in accordance with safety principles and the codes of ethics Answering call bells Assist and/or accompany residents in getting around Contribute to the adjustment of a residents'' action plan based on their observations In collaboration with the different teams, carry out health and hygienic care to the residents while maintaining their dignity and integrity . Proactively assist and support the residents Respond to all emergency situations While interacting with them, report any noticeable changes in a residents mental or physical health to the on-call nurse.
