Reporting Relationships : Sales Director Germany & Poland Direct Reports : No direct reports Location : Germany (Hybrid work model) Travel : Within Germany Languages : English fluent, German native / business proficient In this role, you can expect to: Major Accountabilities Develop a sales strategy to increase share of wallet across a dedicated set of prospects and convert new business target logos. Translate HR / talent-based requirements into a business-driven LHH solution aligned with the clients business strategy. Build strong relationships internally across functional groups within LHH, fostering an open and team-oriented culture. Key Accountabilities Sell CTM & L&D talent management services to existing clients and prospects. Manage the sales process from account strategy and planning through to execution. Develop solution proposals encompassing LHHs entire suite of solutions. Participate in the development, presentation, and closing of sales. Negotiate pricing and contractual agreements. Identify and develop strategic alignments with colleagues, SMEs, and influencers to win new business. Work is non-routine and very complex, involving understanding HR buying centers and advanced business skills. Demonstrate a successful sales track record of complex selling. Penetrate accounts and meet with senior stakeholders. Be a team player with strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. Exhibit excellent negotiation and closing skills. All About You Experience in selling customized business solutions within the consulting environment, ideally HR, talent management, coaching, HRIS, assessments, change management, workforce transformation. Practice in various sales techniques including face-to-face, social selling, and large presentations. Experience in selling across all lines of business within large organizations. Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to lead sales, influence virtual global teams, and execute successful strategies.
