It is crucial to have a comprehensive understanding of our seniors and the levels of care we offer, including Independent Living (IL), Independent Supportive Living (ISL), Memory Care (MC), and Assisted Living (AL). Additionally important is to ensure you have a thorough understanding of your market area.Your responsibilities will revolve around effectively managing the sales process, with a primary focus on surpassing occupancy and revenue targets. This will necessitate possessing a robust business acumen, including skills in forecasting, competitor analysis, and business development.
