Ensure alignment with departmental leaders on Program Governance to support smooth delivery and accountability.Design program frameworks, aligning deliverables to meet cost and budget targets. Monitor milestones and ensure objectives are achieved on time.Address escalated issues and risks, providing effective solutions to mitigate impacts on program outcomes.Manage program budgets, ensuring fiscal discipline and maximizing ROI.Provide timely reports on PMO initiatives to stakeholders and senior leadership.Conduct post-program evaluations for continuous improvement.LeadershipBuild and lead a high-performing Canada Supply Chain PMO team, fostering talent development and operational excellence.Manage Project Managers and drive stakeholder engagement, inspiring and influencing at all levels.QualificationsBachelors degree in mechanical or electrical engineering; P.Eng. license required.7-10 years of project management experience in manufacturing or industrial settings.Experience managing large-scale capital projects and process improvements.Strong leadership and communication skills.Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.PMP certification is a plus.Salary RangeEstimated base salary: $124,600 to $186,800. Salary depends on experience, skills, education, and location.
