Youll manage a team of inbound appointment setters and closers, coach them to elite performance, and build upon our current systems to create consistent growth. You will collaborate directly with the Founders and 2IC to implement the sales vision, oversee revenue-driving activities, and ensure the team is operating like a well-oiled machine.This is a high-impact leadership role inside a fast-growth, founder-led company with strong brand equity, proven product-market fit, and a massive volume of warm, high-intent leads.Responsibilities:Own the sales teams performance and ensure we meet or exceed our growth goalsEnsure all reps hit projections, targets, and KPIsAnalyze sales data and team performance metricsConduct daily call reviews, training, and provide feedbackRun daily sales meetings and pipeline reviewsTrain and coach reps on sales skills, objections, closing, etcRecruit, hire, train, and onboard new reps as neededOptimize sales processes, tools, and workflowsCollaborate with marketing, ops, and production teamsJump into key deals or escalations as neededReport daily/weekly on team metrics, sales metrics, challenges, and optimization insightsNote: while the focus is on leadership and management, the ideal candidate isnt afraid to roll up their sleeves and/implement new processes or when necessary.Qualifications:3-5+ years leading remote sales teams in high-ticket, physical product, professional service, or consultative salesExperience with phone sales and/or long sales cycle products/servicesDeep coaching ability, you know how to develop reps from average to eliteObsessed with discipline, rep accountability, and a growth mindsetStrong leadership presence online and in person, energetic, organized, and a clear communicatorFamiliarity with Jeremy Miner's 7th Level Sales Training (NEPQ) and/or similar sales methodologies and a proven track record of successfully implementing them with teamsMust have experience with CRM systems in general, technical proficiency, and ownership of the CRM is expected (Go High Level experience is an asset).Bonus: Strong understanding of the DTC / physical product eCommerce landscape, background in sales for physical, buildable products (e.g., sheds, cabins, ADUs, or home renovations), experience selling to family-oriented buyers or homeowners.Compensation:Competitive base salary + performance bonusOptional rev share potential after the initial termLocation:Preference will be given to candidates who are local and able to work in-person.
