Were also the number one owner and operator of e-buses in Australia and New Zealand, and are quickly expanding into light commercial vehicles and trucks.Our rapidly growing company is looking for highly talented and motivated people to join us.THE OPPORTUNITYAs part of the continuous scale up of our business, we are looking for a driven and diligent Senior Project Manager to support the growth of the EV charging infrastructure segment. The candidate will bring an understanding of project management and controls practices including planning, budget control, stakeholder management, and risk management, coupled with a strong technical / construction management background. The candidate will be working as part of a core project delivery team and reporting into the Head of Delivery for North America. The candidate will be supporting roll-out of electrification of various fleet use cases, including the largest bus electrification projects in Canada. It will be required to hit the ground running and be comfortable operating at a rapid pace, working across various teams globally within the business to support the successful delivery of projects. We are looking for accountable, collaborative, empathetic and self-starting team members who are interested in contributing to the continued growth and success of our business.A BIT ABOUT THE DAY TO DAYSupport and own project control requirements, working alongside the wider Delivery and Technical Sales teams to ensure the project schedule, budget, risk and change are being appropriately managed and reportedSupport the Delivery team in the assignment of project team actions, setting projected timelines, goals and ensuring overall project compliance with internal and external standards and legislationBe responsible for whole lifecycle project construction, commissioning and hand over to client / internal O&M teamsManage the customer interface, build rapport and ensure all reporting is completed on time and to a high standardEnsure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget and to the agreed designsActively monitor and manage construction activities, helping to solve problems as they arise and ensure our contracting partners are delivering in accordance with the contracted requirementsImplement and ensure quality assurance and control throughout the construction phase to deliver a high quality solution which meets company and industry standardsCoordinate and support the completion of internal and external stakeholder actions in accordance with the allocated timeframesSupport risk analysis / reviews and manage project risk registersPrepare and provide documentation to internal teams and key stakeholders such as memorandums, and presentationsSupport procurement activities by coordinating purchase orders, receipt of goods and services, collaborating with internal teams and supporting the Delivery team in tracking and ensuring payment of invoicesMonitor project progress and support the creation of weekly and monthly project reportsMeasure and report on project performanceSupport coordination of contractors and suppliers to ensure deliverables are achieved to the proposed cost, quality and project schedule requirementsIdentify opportunities to improve best practices within the Delivery teamSupport and manage document control across the projectContribute to company goals to maintain a high-level of health and safety standardsContribute to company goals to build & maintain a positive, inclusive, and collaborative team cultureHealth and SafetyActively contribute to Zenobe's commitment to health and safety, wellbeing and sustainability by; integrating these principles into daily responsibilities, ensuring a safe and supportive work environment, promoting both the physical and mental health of self and colleagues, and adopting sustainable and energy-efficient practices to minimize environmental impact. By doing so, each employee at Zenobe plays a vital role in fostering a culture that prioritises overall safety, holistic wellbeing, environmental sustainability in our business operations.YOUR EXPERIENCEEssential competencies:A genuine passion in business and our social and environmental mission.10+ years experience in project management, construction management or similar role supporting project delivery teams / functions in infrastructure deploymentProficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and MS ProjectDemonstrable experience of contract administration for construction contractsKnowledge of the project lifecycle, project stage gate process and project delivery processAble to demonstrate stakeholder management experienceStrong organization and time-management skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsPragmatic, proactive and solution drivenAbility to work under pressure with several tasks running simultaneouslyAbility to be flexible with working locations which will be a combination of working from home, an office and occasional travel to project sites to attend key project meetingsDesirable but non-essential skills:Experience working as part of project teams delivering energy projects, renewable energy projects, and preferably EV charging infrastructure projectsProject Management qualification such as PMI or Prince 2Qualification in engineering, or construction related subject matterCAN Driving LicenseExperience using project management software / tools such as PowerBI, Sharepoint, MS ProjectOUR APPROACH TO DIVERSITY AND INCLUSIONZenobe is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive environment which is as representative as possible of our society.
