Through its Restaurant Brands for Good framework, RBI aims to improve sustainability outcomes related to food, the planet, and people and communities.RBI is committed to growing its brands by leveraging core values, employee and franchisee relationships, and community support, benefiting from global scale and shared best practices.Our Opportunity:Restaurant Brands International seeks a Manager, Retail Strategy & Operations, Tim Hortons to drive retail sales, profitability, and execution in our brick & mortar restaurant channel.Roles and Responsibilities:Drive successful execution of retail initiatives in Tim Hortons Canada by collaborating with Supply Chain, Operations, Field teams, and Marketing to launch national general merchandise products.Lead supply/demand forecasting for the retail brick & mortar channel.Manage the implementation of nationwide retail projects, proactively resolving challenges and managing risks impacting business or strategic objectives.Plan and execute all retail test markets from design to launch, collaborating on test briefs, site selection, operations procedures, owner communications, surveys, and inventory optimization.Partner with Operations and Merchandising teams to create retail-specific restaurant standards to improve visual merchandising, optimize inventory, drive labor efficiencies, and increase retail profitability.Conduct performance analytics including SKU sales, inventory turnover/shrinkage, restaurant KPIs, profitability, benchmarking, and market performance.Manage relationships with key retail service vendors and partners.Assist in developing a store grading strategy based on restaurant format and site characteristics to tailor retail assortment and fixtures.Support the development and implementation of retail discounting and clearance strategies.Assist in creating national retail owner communication memos and surveys.Perform other duties as assigned.Required Skills:Post-secondary degree with 2-3 years of relevant experience.Analytical, data-driven mindset with proficiency in quantitative analysis and insight synthesis.Experience in forecasting and demand planning.Ability to proactively manage complex projects with cross-functional stakeholders independently.Strong teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills.Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with ERPs and retail systems is a plus.Benefits include a focus on physical, mental, and financial wellness, with progressive offerings such as paid parental leave, telemedicine, and mental health support.RBI is an equal opportunity employer, committed to diversity and inclusion, providing accommodations for applicants with disabilities upon request. #J-18808-Ljbffr
