From early concept through to production, youll partner with internal teams and external collaborators to deliver packaging that meets top standards for quality, function, and creativity.Key ResponsibilitiesPackaging Sourcing: Evaluate the feasibility of packaging options based on quality, cost, and functional requirements.Testing & Validation: Create testing procedures and SOPs to ensure materials are compatible and dispensing functions meet standards.Design & Artwork Collaboration: Work alongside designers and suppliers to develop packaging that impresses consumers and complies with global regulations.Project Management: Manage packaging initiatives from start to finish, keeping timelines on track and coordinating efforts across teams.Production Support: Partner with engineering and production during product launches to provide hands-on assistance and lead improvement efforts.Vendor Engagement: Develop strong relationships with vendors, evaluate co-packers, and perform audits to maintain high packaging standards.What Were Looking For34 years of experience in the consumer packaged goods sector, with a proven ability to bring new products to marketDiploma or Bachelor's degree in Packaging Engineering, Mechanical, Chemical, or Industrial Engineeringor a related fieldIn-depth technical knowledge and hands-on experience with rigid primary packagingDemonstrated success collaborating with R&D, procurement, and manufacturing teams to deliver effective, compliant, and sustainable packagingProficiency in design and technical tools such as Illustrator, Photoshop, and Microsoft OfficeExcellent communication and teamwork skills, along with strong attention to detailFamiliarity with packaging validation standards (ISO, ASTM), and understanding of relevant regulations and GMP guidelinesNice to Have: Project management certification and a proactive approach to risk management and creative problem-solving.What We ProvideExciting and forward-thinking projects in a supportive team settingOpportunities for learning and career advancementA real chance to influence product development with your packaging expertiseBring your passion for packaging to a workplace where your ideas matter.
