We put people at the center of everything we do, both our customers and our employees.Were looking for an experienced B2B Event Manager to help us plan and execute virtual events that drive thought leadership, community engagement, and lead generation. Youll work cross-functionally with our partnerships, marketing, and instructor recruitment teams to create impactful event experiences for professionals, institutions, and industry organizations.This is a growth-oriented role with plenty of autonomy and creative input. Youll have the opportunity to lead national webinar series, panel discussions, workshops, and virtual conference appearances, all while helping shape the event strategy of a global education marketplace.What Youll Be Doing:Plan and execute CPD/CLE-focused webinars, roundtables, workshops, and speaking engagementsCoordinate logistics and vendor relationships for digital eventsDevelop run-of-show documents, event briefs, and production timelinesLead guest and speaker outreach in collaboration with our course creator networkSupport virtual event production (Zoom or other platforms)Track and report on attendee engagement, lead generation, and event success metricsManage event promotion in collaboration with the content and marketing teamMaintain organized records, track budgets, and oversee post-event follow-ups and surveysWork with internal stakeholders to align events with key business and marketing objectivesExpected Experience:35 years of experience in B2B event planning or marketing eventsExperience managing digital events for professional audiencesProactive, highly organized, and confident managing multiple projects simultaneouslyStrong communicator with experience working with external partners, sponsors, or speakersComfortable using event tools like Zoom, Eventbrite, HubSpot, Notion, or similarPassionate about professional development and creating meaningful audience experiencesBonus: Experience working in regulated industries (law, accounting, engineering, etc.)Why Join LearnFormulaHelp shape the future of online professional educationWork alongside a passionate, creative, and mission-driven teamOpportunity for growth and leadership in a high-impact roleBe part of a company that values innovation, independence, and integrity
