Drawing on over three decades of executive leadership, including ten years as CHRO at RBC, Im now a strategic advisor to the business and public sectors, thought leader, and social innovator. Your role will be central in scaling my impact across all sectors and turning my purpose - to unlock human potential and build inclusive prosperity - into enduring systemic change.You will lead the strategic and operational execution of the Purposeful Third Act portfolio - driving cross-sectoral collaborations, activating new initiatives and aligning work streams - that support people in designing impactful third acts following full-time careers. You will advance my LinkedIn Top Voice and media commentator platforms, amplifying impact through public dialogue, content creation, and digital engagement. Chief of Staff to Zabeen Hirji Strategic Advisor: trusted advisor and sounding board, help shape priorities, manage competing demands, and align decision-making with strategic and operational goals. Keep my knowledge leading-edge/make me smarter through selectively sharing thought leadership.Operations Management: coordinate high-priority initiatives across my portfolio of activities, track key projects and ensure deadlines and objectives are met.Communications Lead: increase impact through next level communications, using external expertise selectively. My goal is to share ideas and experiences to inspire people to think and act differently.Connector and Driver of Collaboration and Co-Creation: seek individuals and organizations to collaborate with, build relationships and engage systematically.Facilitator and Time Manager: filter information and assess requests , optimize meeting outcomes, follow-ups on what matters most. Prepare briefing notes, talking points, and synthesize information for quick decisions.Special Projects and Problem Solving: lead or support high-impact, innovative, or urgent projects.
