Braemar College, a private secondary school in the heart of downtown Toronto, is seeking a friendly, organized, and service-oriented Administrative Assistant/Receptionist to join our dynamic team.As the first point of contact for students, families, and visitors, you will play a key role in maintaining smooth daily operations, supporting various departments, and helping create a welcoming and professional environment for our international student community.Key Responsibilities:Greet and direct students, staff, and visitorsHandle front desk duties and ensure the reception area is organized and secureRespond to phone, email and WhatsApp inquiries and provide general school informationSchedule appointments and support course registration each termAssist with student onboarding and orientation daysSupport departments, including Guidance, Finances, and the Office of the DirectorIssue documents (e.g., certificates, transcripts, custodianship forms) and coordinate mailManage textbook inventoryCreate and manage content for the schools Instagram and TikTokPerform clerical tasks (data entry, filing, etc.)What Were Looking For:Enthusiastic, approachable, and self-directedExcellent customer service and communication skillsStrong time management and multitasking abilitiesHighly organized with keen attention to detailProficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), CRM.Accountability, taking full responsibility for assigned roles.Fluent in English (a second language is a plus)Prior experience in an administrative or school office environment (12 years)College diploma or university degreeWhat We Offer:Group benefits package (100% employer-paid)Paid personal daysRegular staff luncheons and seasonal eventsA supportive, caring, and inclusive work cultureA fun yet professional team environment that values collaboration and growth
