Job Description

Provides advanced inventory reconciliation services to clients. Analyzes current and historical part data from multiple systems to process inventory adjustments and/or other required actions to correct discrepant stock or identify process issues affecting stock accuracy. Analyzes inbound, outbound and internal transactions. Works with and leads a diverse team of IAC analysts to achieve IAC reconciliation goals. Provides reconciliation leadership for facility startups, transfers, takeovers and special projects. Assists with planning and implementation of audits and count programs. Trains operations staff on processes associated with inventory accuracy and participates in special projects as needed. Continuous improvement of processes to improve supply chain inventory accuracy and reduce adjustments is the core of the Neovia inventory accuracy philosophy. A high degree of quality and timeliness is expected. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Leads and collaborates with plant leaders to execute root cause analysis for resolving inventory issues. Provides advanced analysis of current and historical part data from multiple systems to process inventory adjustments and/or other required actions to correct discrepant stock. Performs advanced quantitative analysis to resolve and improve clients supply chain using WMS, Excel, SAS, Access, etc. to drive inventory accuracy improvement. Provides leadership and reconciliation support for facility startups, transfers, takeovers and special projects. Collects transactional data for inventory accuracy analysis Execute accurate and timely operational data entry and reporting within enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems to support inventory management, performance tracking, and strategic decision-making. Develops advanced analysis and recommendations to internal and client leaders regarding financial inventory adjustments. Develops inventory risk assessment summary reports. Trains operations inventory staff on core IAC processes and tools. May leads other analysts to schedule and complete reconciliation workload. Trains operational inventory staff or analysts on inventory reconciliation and problem-solving techniques. Develops internal and client inventory accuracy related reports and presentations. Up to 50% travel, including overnight, is required. Performs other responsibilities as assigned. Adheres to Neovia corporate policies and core values. QUALIFICATIONS Associates degree from an accredited College or University in a closely related fi eld or an equivalent combination of education, experience, and certification. Bachelors degree preferred. At least 3 years of relevant experience. Recent experience with inventory reconciliation and warehouse management systems. Recent experience in service parts logistics preferred Experience applying Six Sigma methodology with supply chain processes preferred. DESCRIBE GENERAL SKILLS AND ABILITIES FOR POSITION Strong team player. Strong skills utilizing Microsoft Office with an emphasis on Excel and Access. Experience with one or more warehouse management systems (WMS) such as SAP, Red Prairie, or Oracle. Good written and oral communication skills. Ability to perform well within a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment that requires the management of multiple projects at once, without compromising quality and service levels. Ability to maintain confidentiality of proprietary data. Must have strong analytical and problem solving skills, ability to work independently, have good interpersonal and organizational skills and pay specific attention to details. Strong organization and time management skills. Positive attitude, adaptable to change with a desire to continuously improve business processes. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Work is primarily sedentary. Sits comfortably to do the work; however, there may be some walking, standing, bending, or lifting item weighing up to 15 pounds.
