Our agency client is looking for a Community Manager with agency experience on a contract to perm basis who lives and breathes social media, understands how to build a community, and thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment. As the Community Manager, youll be the voice of various brands across social channels, helping to shape and grow a vibrant online presence. From content planning and ideation, to execution and engagement, youll work closely with creative teams to ensure campaigns resonate with target audiences and drive meaningful interactions. Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day activity across multiple social media platforms for various clients Develop content calendars that align with broader marketing strategies and brand voiceCollaborate with Designers, Copywriters and Art Directors to brief in social-first content needs and gather creative assetsWrite engaging social copy when neededSchedule posts and maintain consistent, on-brand presence across platformsMonitor and respond to community messages, comments, and mentions in a timely and thoughtful mannerTrack, analyze, and report on social KPIsUse insights to refine content strategy and improve future campaignsQualifications: 3-5 years of experience in a social media role, preferably within an agency setting Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practicesExcellent written communication and copywriting skillsHighly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple accounts and timelines Collaborative mindset with experience working cross-functionally with creative teamsPassion for storytelling and community building
