Were hiring a Master Scheduler to manage and maintain detailed production schedules in our aerospace manufacturing environment. This role ensures alignment between customer requirements, inventory levels, and production capabilities to support on-time delivery and efficient resource planning.Key Responsibilities:Build and manage integrated production schedules to meet delivery targets and manufacturing goalsOversee the program schedule, ensuring alignment with milestones, deadlines, and contract termsCoordinate with cross-functional teams using IMS, SIOP, and regular planning processesEnsure readiness of materials, labor, and equipment across departments including Procurement, Engineering, and ProductionUse MRP/MPS systems to drive material planning and production controlAnalyze forecasts, backlogs, and inventory to assess and adjust schedulesMonitor schedule performance and resolve conflicts or bottlenecks proactivelyCommunicate schedule changes and updates to internal and external stakeholdersSupport process improvements related to scheduling, lead time, and delivery performanceMaintain accurate schedule records, reports, and KPIsQualifications:Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field57 years of experience in master scheduling or production planning, preferably in aerospace, defense, or advanced manufacturingExperience with ERP/MRP/MPS systems (e.g., SAP, IFS, JDE, Visual)Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in fast-paced environmentsSolid understanding of manufacturing processes, lead times, and capacity planningEffective communicator and team collaboratorAdvanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Macros, VBA)CPIM certification strongly preferredPower BI experience is an asset
