DIRECTOR OF LEGAL Our client:Is a company specializing in pharmaceutical care and health servicesRole & Responsibilities:Provide general corporate and commercial legal advice, execution and coordination relating to general corporate and commercial matters, acquisitions, leasing, securities, regulatory and employment law, working closely where required with existing external legal advisorsResponsible for the central management of the company's contractsProvide legal advice and guidance on a variety of issues that arise in the companys day-to-day businessNegotiate and draft various corporate and commercial agreements related to the businessRequirements:Minimum 4-5 years of experience in corporate law, ideally at a medium to large company
