If you're passionate about inclusion, sustainability, and community impact, this could be the role for you.DescriptionSupport day-to-day operations of the retail and donation centre, including sales floor, donation intake, and backroom functionsEnsure donor and customer satisfaction by delivering consistent, high-quality serviceAssist with mission-based placements, including assessments, coaching, and training in collaboration with community partnersManage all retail operations in line with organizational systems, goals, and proceduresPrepare and manage store budgets, monitor wage-to-sales ratios, and maintain profitability targetsTrain, supervise, and develop team members in a supportive, inclusive environmentSchedule staff efficiently and submit timely time and attendance reportsMaintain compliance with all health, safety, and security policies and practicesEnsure operational metrics are completed and recorded accurately (e.g., donor counts, product movement, rotation counts)Oversee daily financial routines, including register readings, deposits, cash reports, and expense logsMonitor industry trends and local competitors to support effective pricing and merchandisingChampion workplace health and safety, complying with all applicable legislation and internal policiesPerform other duties and special projects as requiredRequirementsExperience as a team lead or supervisor, ideally in retail, warehouse, logistics, or donation-based environmentsStrong ability to lead, coach, and motivate othersCommitment to customer service and community impactOrganized and able to balance multiple priorities in a dynamic environmentKnowledge of scheduling, budgeting, and basic HR procedures is an assetComfortable with POS systems, MS Office, and basic reporting toolsValid drivers license and willingness to travel locally as requiredCorporate CultureBe part of a purpose-led organization that creates real change in people's livesAccess structured leadership development and long-term growth opportunitiesEnjoy a competitive salary and benefits packageWork in a collaborative and values-based team environmentMake a tangible impact in the community every dayThis organization is committed to having a safe, inclusive workplace with teams that reflect the diverse communities they serve.
