Job Title: UI Developer About the Job We are seeking an experienced and skilled UI Developer to join our team. As a UI Developer, you will be responsible for designing and developing user interfaces for our products. The ideal candidate will have excellent technical skills, a customer-service focus, and the ability to work well both independently and in project teams. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop user interfaces for our products Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that our products meet business requirements Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to user interface functionality In this role, you will participate in all software lifecycle phases, including team project planning, requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and support. Requirements: Bachelor''s degree in software development, computer science, or a related field Understanding of the BC post-secondary system or government environment Knowledge of client-side web frameworks and REST API construction Experience using Agile development approach Strong UI/UX design skills Ability to write unit tests and debug code Interpersonal Skills: You will interact with internal stakeholders, including all members of the organization, as well as external stakeholders, such as PSIs, Vendors, SFU, Governance Committees, BC Government Ministries, Provincial and National Hubs, PSI organizations, Sector Agencies, and Industry Partners. Working Conditions: This position is expected to have normal working conditions expected of a professional office role. EPBC is currently offering the option for a hybrid work environment, with a combination of remote and in-office work.
