Our team is seeking a skilled Constituent Support Specialist to provide exceptional service to our constituents. Job Description The successful candidate will be responsible for managing, triaging, and reviewing member emails and communications, prioritizing and distributing key information to constituents. They will act as the first point of contact with constituents for all incoming cases while providing administrative support to the member. Key Responsibilities: Create and maintain systems to monitor requests and/or questions from constituents. Assist constituents with incoming cases (e.g. immigration, tax, and pension files) and provide information, advice, and support in person, over the telephone, and in writing. Contacts government services on behalf of constituents to obtain more information and follow up on available national programs to seek resolution in all cases and follows up with constituents throughout the client file life cycle. Drafts responses to constituent emails and letters, including general policy and constituency casework issues. Collaborate with the member''s office to achieve shared goals and objectives. Qualifications Education: Post-secondary education from a recognized institution OR an acceptable combination of education, training, and relevant experience. Experience prioritizing and maintaining relationships with multiple stakeholders by exhibiting strong attention to detail, adaptability, and analytical skills.
