Leadership Saskatoon is a community leadership program looking for its next Program Director to lead the organization''s programming and growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all Leadership Saskatoon programming, including a 10-month flagship program and lectures/workshops. Key responsibilities include providing leadership and growth for the organization, coordinating cohorts of adult participants, building relationships with teams and stakeholders, and planning/executing learning events. Requirements: Previous facilitation experience or alumni status within Leadership Saskatoon is considered an asset but not required. The position is home-based, part-time (.6 FTE), with flexibility in hours/weeks/months of work. Evening/weekend work may be occasionally required. This role works closely with the Executive Director and reports directly. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication are essential qualities for success in this position.
