Responsibilities Lead Project Teams: Act as the main point of contact between the company and customers for all project-related matters, ensuring alignment and clear communication. Project Oversight: Manage the overall planning, scheduling, and budgeting of assigned projects, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget. Bid and Tender Management: Collaborate with the Business Leadership team to prepare and review bid and tender packages that comply with company policies. Team Leadership: Coordinate and support the project team, including Leadership, Engineering, Quality Assurance, and Trades to ensure project success. Safety and Compliance: Promote and encourage a safe workplace, ensuring all activities comply with legislative, contractual, and company policy requirements. Contract and Subcontractor Management: Oversee sub-contractors, tools, and equipment as per project needs, while ensuring compliance with local labor and safety standards. Qualifications Education : Post-secondary university or college technical degree or equivalent work experience is required. Experience: 2-5 years of project management experience with 1-3 years of people leadership experience. Skills: Strong knowledge of contract law and contract management. Excellent computer skills with experience in Microsoft Project, Visio, and AutoCAD. Analytical mindset with the ability to make effective decisions in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills and experience working with customers and frontline teams.
