Job Description: Were looking for a motivated and energetic sales professional to join our team. As a net-new advertiser acquisition specialist, youll be responsible for reaching out to business owners, educating them on the benefits of digital advertising, and helping them launch their first campaigns. Key responsibilities include proactively prospecting, pitching, and activating new SMB advertisers. Youll also use consultative selling to educate businesses on how to drive awareness, engagement, and growth through digital advertising. The ideal candidate will have strong prospecting skills and comfort with high-volume outreach. Familiarity with digital advertising, paid social, or media sales is a plus. Required Skills and Qualifications: At least 2 years of validatable sales experience Ability to present accurate pipeline tracking and CRM hygiene Comfort with outbound sales and consultative selling Benefits: Earn base pay ($24 CAD/hr) + commission Opportunity to work with a leading social media platform Flexible schedule - 32 hours/week minimum, Monday-Friday 9am-6pm EST Performance Metrics: Activate a minimum of 20 new business advertisers per month Drive an average of $1,000+ in spend per activated advertiser
