The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Manhattan WMS and hands-on experience with SQL to support daily operations and ensure smooth warehouse system functionality.Key Responsibilities:Provide Level 1 support for Manhattan WMS issues and service requests.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to warehouse operations.Monitor system performance and data flow.Communicate with end-users to gather information and provide timely resolution.Log incidents, escalate issues when necessary, and follow up on resolution.Create and maintain documentation of support procedures and issue resolution.Mandatory Skills:Manhattan WMS – strong functional knowledge and support experience.SQL – ability to write and troubleshoot queries for issue resolution and reporting.
