Salary and Benefits Earn base pay ($24 CAD/hr) + commission. Additionally, we cover your time to get certified, which only takes 7 days. This gig is worked from the comfort of your own home. A minimum commitment of 32 hours per week is required, Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm EST. However, you''re welcome to work more hours if you''d like. Performance Metrics To succeed in this role, you must: Activate a minimum of 20 new business advertisers per month. Drive an average of $1,000+ in spend per activated advertiser. Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and CRM hygiene. Contribute to revenue goals and advertiser graduation readiness. Required Skills and Qualifications You must have at least 2 years of validatable sales experience and be willing to undergo a comprehensive background check. This is an outbound sales role that requires consultative selling to existing leads and sourcing new leads.
