Job SummaryWe seek a detail-oriented professional with strong business process knowledge (sales, HR, payroll, POS) to implement ERP solutions. This role involves post-sale client interaction, comprehensive system training, and project management. You'll analyze client needs, develop implementation plans, and provide ongoing support. Strong problem-solving and communication skills are essential.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform implementation tasksPerform powerful demonstrations and presentations on the Odoo ERP System.Follow up with developers to make sure that development is aligned with requirements.Follow up with the clients to make sure that the team will deliver what is required.Building competitive technical proposals, and compliance statements.Resolving client complaints by investigating problems and developing solutions.Understanding the clients Vision and gathering the right requirements from meetings.Consult with the Sales Team in the Pilot and Demonstration.Capable of trainee users on various Odoo modules (remotely or onsite).RequirementsMust have 3+ experience similar position, preference is given to Odoo-certifiedBachelor's degree in Business Administration, IS/IT, or Computer ScienceGood knowledge of business processes & AccountingPrevious experience in ERP implementationQuick and autonomous learnerExcellent communication skills and can-do attitudePreferred qualificationBachelor's degree in Business Administration, IS/IT, or Computer Science #J-18808-Ljbffr
