Responsibilities Develop and implement policies, procedures, and practices related to compliance and export/import control laws for SLS Canada Inc., at Ajax and Montreal facilities. Perform all Designated Official (DO) activities, including certification and signing authority for internal documents and government submissions. Oversee departmental data repositories, employee files, and compliance documentation. Coordinate with procurement, quality, HR, and other departments on export control requirements. Engage with government agencies regarding compliance with CGP, ITAR, and EAR regulations. Build and support export control databases and website transformation projects. Qualifications and Skills Strong organizational, planning, interpersonal, and communication skills. High integrity, confidentiality, and ability to manage sensitive information. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Attention to detail and follow-up skills.
