Job Title: Warehouse Manager Job Description The Warehouse Manager will oversee 5-6 Warehouse Supervisors and manage all aspects of the warehouse operations. This position includes responsibilities such as loading and unloading equipment, coordinating with delivery drivers, tracking products and inventory, and delegating work. The role requires a hands-on approach, with the ability to assist in various areas when necessary, including deliveries, driving a forklift, and using a plasma table. The Warehouse Manager will also be responsible for generating inventory reports. Responsibilities Oversee and manage warehouse operations and supervise 5-6 Warehouse Supervisors. Coordinate loading and unloading of equipment and ensure efficient delivery processes. Track products and inventory, and generate detailed inventory reports. Delegate tasks and provide assistance in all areas, including deliveries and equipment operation. Drive forklift and use plasma table as required (training will be provided). Essential Skills 3+ years of experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in a warehouse environment. 2+ years of experience in inventory management and software. 1+ year of forklift training or experience. 2+ years of experience in tracking and handling inventory and generating reports. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in fitting and HVAC shop. Experience in managing a shop with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP). Why Work Here? Work Environment The position offers a competitive pay range from $25-$35 per hour, depending on experience. The role operates Monday to Friday, from 8am to 5pm, with additional hours as needed. The office is based in Windsor, and you can bring the company vehicle home while working around the call schedule. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Windsor, Ontario.
