Senior QA Automation Engineer (Remote) Remote | We're looking for an experienced Senior QA Automation Engineer to join our clients high-performing quality engineering team. If youre passionate about test automation, love building scalable frameworks, and have deep experience with Selenium, C#, and SQL, this is the role for you.You will take the lead on expanding and maintaining a robust, in-house Selenium-based test automation framework. As a technical mentor and go-to expert, youll collaborate with developers, testers, and stakeholders to ensure product quality across complex web-based applications. What Youll DoDesign and implement high-quality test automation scripts in C# using Selenium WebDriverMaintain and expand an existing automated regression suiteDefine automation strategy, standards, metrics, and technical roadmapCreate advanced SQL queries and work with complex data schemas for data validationCollaborate across teams to identify risks and improve QA practicesConduct code reviews and mentor mid-level QA engineersUse AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT) to accelerate automation (nice to have) What Were Looking For5+ years of test automation experienceExpert in Selenium WebDriver and C#Strong SQL skills (queries, stored procedures, optimization)Solid understanding of QA methodologies and web-based testingStrong object-oriented programming and debugging skillsSelf-starter with excellent communication and mentorship abilitiesBachelors degree in Computer Science or related field Bonus PointsExperience with Azure DevOpsBackground in healthcare or insurance billing systemsFamiliarity with AI-assisted test development
