Cytodiagnostics Inc. and CytoGroup Inc are seeking a skilled and motivated Laboratory & Operations Technician to join our team in Burlington, ON. This position offers the opportunity to contribute directly to our nanoparticle manufacturing, while also supporting business operations, distributor engagement, and marketing initiatives. We are looking for an individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and is interested in both scientific and commercial growth.Key ResponsibilitiesManufacture and process nano-materials, including gold and silver nanoparticlesSupport daily operational tasks, including order entry, packaging, shipping, and inventory managementMaintain detailed manufacturing and operational records in compliance with ISO 9001 and internal quality standardsAssist with quality control processes for laboratory and operational activitiesContribute to business operations by supporting distributor relationships and participating in product information updates and marketing activitiesIdentify and communicate new business opportunities or process improvementsPerform additional tasks as assigned in support of the teamQualificationsB.Sc. or M.Sc. in Biochemistry, Chemistry, Materials Science, or a related fieldStrong communication, organizational, and analytical skillsExperience in writing or reviewing SOPs, study reports, or process documentationExperience in operations, shipping/receiving, or administrative support is an assetFamiliarity with industry standards, especially ISO environments, is preferredInterest or experience in distributor management, business development, or marketing activitiesAble to work independently and exercise sound judgmentKnowledge of Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP)Why Cytodiagnostics/CytoGroup?This role provides exposure to both laboratory science and business operations within a growing biotechnology company.
