This role will focus on ensuring the quality and reliability of our Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) campaigns and integrations.What Youll DoTest and validate email templates, dynamic content blocks, and personalization logic.Execute end-to-end testing of campaigns and journeys within SFMC, including entry criteria, decision splits, and exit conditions.Perform functional testing across integrated channels (e.g., SMS, push, web) to ensure seamless orchestration.Identify, document, and track defects using standard QA tools and processes.Collaborate with developers, marketers, and product managers to ensure requirements are met.Utilize tools like Litmus to validate rendering and deliverability across email clients and devices.Experience testing within Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio).Familiarity with Litmus or similar email testing platforms.Strong understanding of QA methodologies and best practices.Excellent communication and documentation skillsWhat We OfferAt Newpage, were building a company that works smart and grows with agilitywhere driven individuals come together to do work that matters.
