HK Henderson Insurance is looking for talent in the Insurance Industry!THE ROLEAs a valued member of the Personal Insurance team, the Account Manager plays a crucial role in managing a book of business, servicing clients in a courteous and professional manner, and providing customized service to allow a seamless execution of our personal insurance service strategy.Driven by your fact-finding, high follow-through instinct and meticulous attention to detail, you excel in resolving challenges with policy renewals, adapting to evolving clients needs and fostering client retention while consistently delivering exceptional customer service, one client at a time.WHAT YOULL DO:Most importantly, you will lead by example, live our values, and drive business relationships for the company by providing exceptional customer service.Service an existing book of business, and grow personal lines through referrals, walk-in clients, and personal networks.Regularly and thoroughly review existing accounts and recommend appropriate coverage and advice based on clients exposures, and remarket as appropriate.Proactively notify clients of changes, including renewals and policy updates.Efficiently handle all aspects of policy documentation, including new business, renewals, endorsements, and related tasks, maintaining accurate records within EPIC.Respond promptly to client inquiries by phone, email, and in person.Identify cross-sell opportunities and collaborate with internal teams.Support clients with claims and provide clear guidance on next steps.Work closely with Account Executives and other colleagues on all aspects of client service and renewal while adhering to HK Hendersons best practices and standard procedures.Proactively support the team by taking work from the central queue without prompts.Continuously build knowledge of personal insurance products.Other duties as required.WHAT WE REQUIRE:Must hold a Level 1 General Insurance License.Minimum of 2 years + of personal insurance experience.Ability to work in dynamic, rapidly changing environment, adapting to changing requirements and collaborating with a wide range of colleagues to quickly deliver solutions.Superior customer service skills and business acumen.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Applied EPIC broker management systemWE OFFER:A competitive compensation packageExtended Health & Dental Care RRSP Matching ProgramTuition reimbursementWellness programPaid time offOther perks
