The Appliance Sales Professional will play a crucial role in driving sales and exceeding revenue targets.Must be available to work evenings and weekends.ResponsibilitiesEngage with customers to understand their appliance needs and provide expert product recommendationsDemonstrate in-depth knowledge of our wide range of appliances and their features, benefits, and specificationsClose sales by effectively addressing customer concerns, negotiating prices, and providing exceptional customer serviceAttend off site and on site (paid) vendor product training to say up to date with latest industry trends and product knowledgeResearch products and keep abreast of new product offers and their associated technical detailsEnsure accuracy in all transactions, inventory, and proceduresRequirementsFlexibility to work evenings and weekends requiredProven track record of success in a sales role, preferably in the appliance or retail industryStrong negotiation and closing skills, with a hunger to make money and exceed sales targetsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build a rapport with customersAbility to work under pressure in fast paced environmentProficient computer skills to accurately enter orders into the system and research appliance productsTraining and SupportAt Goemans Appliances, we believe in investing in our employees' success.
