Gender Equality Specialist Opportunity This Volunteer Placement is Located in Tegucigalpa, Honduras and offers a life-changing experience. As a gender advisor, you will work with Centro de Derechos Para la Mujer (CDM) to create community and institutional gender policies. Required Skills: University degree in social, economics, international development and/or equivalent experience in a related field. Knowledge/experience on Gender Equality, planning, administration processes, strategy design, research teaching, training and/or facilitation processes, applying participatory approaches and tools, working in multi-cultural and multi-disciplinary team.
