Our technologies address the connectivity, mobility, security, infrastructure and environmental needs of cities and provide IoT solutions for lighting, water and waste management.Backed by a track record of 700 smart city projects in over 130 cities worldwide, we are well-equipped to help global cities address challenges from road congestion to physical and cybersecurity threats, as well as energy inefficiency and utility wastage.Find out more: Description SummaryInterface Manager for Platform Screen Doors projectsKey Job AccountabilitiesIdentify, define, control, and manage system interfaces according to the system architecture, functions, and contractual requirementsPrepare and manage interface documents, matrices, and registersLead scope/requirement discussions with technical teams and the clientLead integration and interface meetings and workshopsSupport project team in all technical decisions and design coordinationActively participate in the development of optimal technical solutionsLead system requirements development and maintain the Requirements Verification Traceability Matrix (RVTM)Decompose System Requirements to lower-level elements and work with the engineering teams to ensure proper allocationSupport internal design reviewsDefine impact analysis for proposed changes to the system and support System Configuration Management through the whole lifecycleProvide support to project stakeholders and participate in budget estimationRequired Qualifications & ExperienceDegree in Mechanical, Electrical/Electronics, or System Engineering At least 3 years of professional experience in a related fieldPrior experience in managing Platform Screen Doors interface and delivery of solution to completionExperience in managing external stakeholders (customers and suppliers)Deep competency in interactions with Civil Contractors and Rail System ContractorsExtensive understanding and experience with engineering lifecycles, delivery, integration lifecyclePrior experience in the delivery and installation of Platform Screen Doors system is desirableStrong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsAbility to multi-tasking across different projects at any given timeDetail oriented with excellent organizational skillsAbility to acquire deep understanding of new technologies with minimal guidanceStrong and effective communication and leadership skillsHigh proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, requirements management systems (e.g. Doors), and defect tracking toolsHigh proficiency in EnglishCertified Project Management Professional (PMP) is desirableWork LocationOntarioEmployment TypePermanent
