AEM Architect Position Overview Our organization is seeking a highly skilled AEM Architect to lead the development of our content management system. About the Role: The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing, designing, and implementing AEM solutions. They will be responsible for architecting, building, and maintaining complex content management systems, ensuring high performance, scalability, and security. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop scalable, secure, and high-performance AEM architectures Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AEM with other Adobe Marketing Cloud products Develop and maintain technical documentation, standards, and best practices for AEM implementation Identify and troubleshoot technical issues related to content management, search results accuracy, dynamic content linking, formatting, image scaling, internationalization, and personalization Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest AEM features and technologies Requirements: 10+ years of experience in development, application architecture, and AEM 6.3 and above version Strong experience and understanding of Java, Java EE, Servlets, Enterprise Java frameworks such as Spring and Hibernate Hands-on experience in building solutions, design, and building blueprints Deep understanding of Java, Java EE, Servlets, JSP, Tag libraries, and JSTL skills, combined with a strong understanding of Enterprise Java frameworks such as Spring and Hibernate Deep understanding of all AEM building blocks including templates, components, touch UI dialogs, Sightly (HTL), Sling Models, Queries, OSGi services, and components Experience with core web technologies Java, HTML5, CSS3, attendant technologies, and data exchange protocols like JSON and XML, XHTML, Client Server-Side Familiarity with scripting languages such as JavaScript, JSP, and web services development using RESTful and SOAP-based web services Good understanding of and hands-on development experience with relevant
