Dental Insurance Join Us as a Packaging Development Specialist! Are you eager to contribute to an organizations product development process? Were looking for a Packaging Development Specialist to help design, test, and bring to life innovative packaging solutions. From early concept through to production, youll partner with internal teams and external collaborators to deliver packaging that meets top standards for quality, function, and creativity. Evaluate the feasibility of packaging options based on quality, cost, and functional requirements. Testing & Validation: Create testing procedures and SOPs to ensure materials are compatible and dispensing functions meet standards. Project Management: Manage packaging initiatives from start to finish, keeping timelines on track and coordinating efforts across teams. Production Support: Partner with engineering and production during product launches to provide hands-on assistance and lead improvement efforts. Diploma or Bachelors degree in Packaging Engineering, Mechanical, Chemical, or Industrial Engineeringor a related field ~ In-depth technical knowledge and hands-on experience with rigid primary packaging ~ Demonstrated success collaborating with R&D, procurement, and manufacturing teams to deliver effective, compliant, and sustainable packaging ~ Proficiency in design and technical tools such as Illustrator, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office ~ Nice to Have: Project management certification and a proactive approach to risk management and creative problem-solving.
