This role is all about net-new advertiser acquisitionproactively reaching out to business owners, educating them on the platform, pitching the value of advertising, and helping them launch their first campaigns. You''ll be focused on prospecting, pitching, and activating new SMB advertisers who are eager to grow through digital advertising. The ideal candidate will have strong consultative selling skills, be familiar with digital advertising, paid social, or media sales, and possess high-volume outreach capabilities. A strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment are also essential. What You Can Expect: A competitive hourly rate ($24 CAD) plus commission The opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home A minimum of 32 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm EST), with flexibility to work more if desired An opportunity to work with a leading Social Media Platform Ongoing training and support to help you succeed Performance Metrics: Activate at least 20 new business advertisers per month Drive an average of $1,000+ in spend per activated advertiser Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and CRM hygiene Contribute to team revenue goals and advertiser graduation readiness Mandatory Requirements: A minimum of 2 years of validatable sales experience No active contracts with other gigs while working for us Willingness to undergo a comprehensive background check (Criminal, Credit, and Employment Check)
