Job Title

**Job Requirements:** * Operate a manual or automatic transmission highway tractor with a 53'' flatbed or step deck trailer, ensuring full compliance with road safety regulations * Conduct thorough pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections of trucks and trailers, including gauges, lighting, electrical systems, and checking for potential leaks (water, oil, fuel, air) * Accurately complete all required documentation * Maintain an up-to-date driver log (all vehicles are e-log equipped) * Communicate effectively with the Dispatch team * Build and maintain positive working relationships with customers and team members * Operate a forklift or fork cart when necessary * Comply with all Ministry of Transportation and Highway Traffic Act regulations * Properly secure and unsecure loads using straps, chains, and binders **Qualifications & Skills:** * Valid A/Z license with a minimum of 2 years verifiable experience operating tractors with flatbed or step deck trailers * Clean driving abstract and CVOR * Strong communication skills * Willingness to work flexible start times * Ability to work 50+ hours per week Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Seasonal Pay: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year Additional pay: * Bonus pay Benefits: * Company events * On-site parking Schedule: * 10 hour shift * 12 hour shift * 8 hour shift * Monday to Friday * Overtime * Weekends as needed Application question(s): * How many years of experience do you have in driving a flatbed truck? * What is your status in Canada? * How long have you been in Canada?
