This role is not just a sales and marketing position; it also serves as a business entrepreneur development course. Over the next 5 years, I am looking to bring in someone as a part-owner.We are hiring a skilled, emerging marketer and sales person to lead our lead and sales development efforts. The role involves four graduation phases over six months, progressing from door-to-door lead generator and commercial calling sales agent to lead sales manager and estimator.Each phase includes targeted skill-building activities designed for your career growth and a proven method of generating income for yourself and the company. Ideally, you are seeking to build a career spanning 2 to 20 years in a stable, thriving residential and commercial painting industry.Within the first year, a candidate can earn between $55k and $85k.
