This role will be the single point of contact of entry and engagement for all business enabling technology services across all TTI Canadas business units.The Sr. Manager is responsible for the collection, prioritization, reporting and delivery of technology solutions to enable and improve planned business outcomes. This leader is also accountable for the continuous improvement and delivery of end-user technologies and processes across all TTI Canadas operating locations. A component of the role will include mentorship and development of junior staff members towards business outcome enabling thought processes.The successful candidate will bring exceptional project organization skills, strong visual articulation of key metrics, ability to relate technology actions to business outcomes, and management skills to motivate and develop others.What You Will DoCollaborate with and influence key business stakeholders to help achieve business priorities more effectively and efficiently through technology solutionsOrganize the existing pipeline of business and technology initiativesContinuously groom the initiative backlog to ensure alignment with high value business prioritiesProduce and manage detailed technical and project implementation plansReport on key initiatives to relevant stakeholdersMaintain an ongoing cadence with functional leaders in the business to understand their needs and work to deliver creative technology solutionsMaintain and enhance current technology capacity plan to efficiently articulate IT working priorities and coordinate with project delivery demandsOrganize and publish existing dashboards and develop new KPIs to articulate technology delivery health to communicate and manage business expectationsMeasure and track the value of outcomes being delivered in the initiative pipelineSupport IT strategy and vision by executing on defined priorities across the 5 IT pillars with a focus on business enablementEvaluate existing business applications and create opportunities for optimization and standardization to Enterprise-grade solutions and platformsCollaborate with our extended TTI teams across North America and globally as necessary to achieve synergies across end-user technology and business optimization outcomesDevelop and elevate the skillsets and capabilities of IT team members supporting the technology processes and delivery under this capabilityTravel may be requiredWhat You Will BringDemonstrated success in program management delivering high business valueStrong change management skills to influence and demonstrate value across IT and business functions; ITIL Change Management certification would be an assetStrong organizational and prioritization skills to balance project demands with operational needsAbility to understand technical requirements and translate these into business solutions understood by various audiencesExperience with end-user technologies and processes to ensure our business is optimally leveraging technology to stay productive and efficientStrong communication skills (English written and verbal) including creating visualizations to articulate project health, status and measured KPIsCertification in Project/Program Management such as PMP, PgMPExperience with project and program management tools; MS Project, Jira preferredExperience with reporting and visualization tools; MS Power BI, MS PowerPoint preferredFamiliarity with Service Management tools; ServiceNow preferredExperience with implementing new tools, techniques, methodologies and principles that will increase IT and business effectiveness, productivity and operational efficiencyStrong process-oriented thinking with working knowledge of ITIL processes or Six Sigma methodologies an assetWhat You Will Benefit FromExtensive health benefits, including vision and dental careRetirement Savings Plan with Employer Matching ContributionsCompetitive Base Salary, plus 30% annual bonusiPhone, and laptopPaid time off and employee discount programsAnnual $500 Wellness Program allowanceVisit our: Company Website, LinkedIn and Instagram todayDiversity, equity, and inclusion are at the core of our values at TTI.
